Unusually I felt incredibly ill last night. Sufficiently ill that I had trouble talking or indicating that I was awake. It passed after a few hours, but I was happy that this morning saw no lingering after effects.
Hunger. Wow. Just wow. Start adding in a few exercise sessions and hunger on carnivore just goes through the roof. It seems to be coupled with weight loss, so it’s all well and good, but man, I feel like I’m overeating.
I added exercise into my routine this week. Nothing backbreaking, just enough to give me some sore muscles. Given that I’m trying to improve my health and general body composition, I’m really happy about this. Now I’m a mere two weeks away from the quarter year mark. Pretty pleased with how easy this is. I just need to buy more pork belly to make more bacon.
I missed 10 weeks! A hurricane couple with a power cut and internet outages is probably a worthwhile reason, but still sorry I missed that particular milestone. Still amazed I’ve made it to ten weeks, mostly because it’s so easy. This lifestyle is just amazingly enjoyable. I keep reading about new cuts that I’d like to experiment with. Pork cheeks, beef navel, all the stuff that’s not too mainstream, but will add delightful variety to my life. I just picked up a book on charcuterie, and I’m going to open up my repertoire of homemade sausages.
