4 Months!

Wow! I feel like I’ve almost made it to my six month mark. Which is silly, I’m only 66% of the way there, but I know that six months will be here before I can turn around twice.

I’m disappointed by the scale, but not too badly, my clothes are fitting better, and that’s really what’s important.

People still think I’m nuts when I say I haven’t had anything but meat and fat for 4 months. I don’t think that’s going to get better as the year goes by.

I’m still surprised by how much there is to talk about each week. I feel like I should be done adapting, and it doesn’t stop. Fingers crossed that my 5 month post will mark my saying that nothing interesting has happened except weight loss and improvement of my sleep apnea.

As it is, I’m supplementing magnesium, and B1 & B2 which is cumulatively supposed to help with my sleep apnea and photophobia. Fingers crossed.

Carnivore – Day 105 – Week 15!

What a week! Crazy restless leg syndrome, a nuisance, but fine. I learned that I have an intolerance to one of the spices in my favourite cajun rub… so I’ll need to test the spices on my system one by one until I find a ‘winner’ …yay! And last but not least, I gained SEVEN pounds of water weight in two days. Hooray. Coming back off, but that was irritating.
